The Gospel Message is the words of evangelist Tony Anthony the founding Director of Avanti Ministries.

An 11 minute epic of an animated film, it was created using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. The project took almost a year to complete from the first script stage to the final delivery. We began with the script and edited it until it was tight enough to be digestible in animated form. Then we recorded the voice over with David McAlister, before beginning the enormous task of bringing all of Tony Anthony’s words to life and making the message a visually interesting journey. The final animation was then taken to Jabez Production where Ian Oakley created the sound design and made the final edits.

The Toybox Feature Film, British Horror Movie
It all began so innocently for two children growing up in England’s bulging rump – the deep, dark countryside of East Anglia. Their imaginations set ablaze by a book on local myths and legends.
Berenice convinces her younger brother Brian that she is the reincarnation of a witch with the powers to put everything right. He on the other hand, is fascinated by a mythical journeyman who once roamed the Fenlands of Norfolk, brutally murdering weary travellers who crossed his path.
As they grow up Brian becomes emotionally dependent on his sister. Years later Berenice returns home for a Christmas gathering with her new boyfriend. Brian who has been left to deal with dysfunctional family life, feels totally betrayed. As the festivities begin an overwhelming sense of impending horror surrounds the house.
Is the enemy outside or within the Usher family home…?

In the video above is a short edit of some of the visual effects DazPix created for the film, including psychadelic warping, snowfall, red burning dog eyes, mirror freakiness and light effects.

This film was commissioned by Jack Morton to kick off the global launch show in Berlin of the BMW 7 series executive car. Due to the secrecy surrounding the final look of the car which wasn’t to be revealed before the launch show, we needed to somehow showcase the car without actually seeing it by disguising it’s body shape with the constantly changing amorphous liquid metal. This cinema-quality promotional film was shot on locations around the world including San Francisco, Monument Valley and Berlin. The launch event was an amazing night of glitz, film, food and entertainment, and of course the entrance of the new car. The event was held in the hangar featured in the film, which was built to contain Airships, but is now converted into a tropical paradise with swimming pool, water slides and man made beach for the German public to enjoy.
The powerful musical theme intergrates modern elements with styles from the five continents, such was the success of the score, that BMW arranged live performances at subsequent events.
The film was shot on 35mm film, and transferred and graded at vtr on the Ursa Gold telecine, before entering the lengthy visual effects faze where the 3d cgi car was built and composited, as well as the numerous other visual effects shots featured during the film. Every technique was used, motion control, HDRI maps, morphing, keying and compositing. All Visual Effects were handled and shoot supervised by DazPix. The film was a winner at the IVCA communication awards.

Peter Howson’s powerful figuration work has made him one of the foremost British artists of his generation.
His heroic portrayals of the dossers and down-and-outs, misfits and hard men of his home town in Glasgow may have polarised political opinion, but they nevertheless caught the public and media imagination sufficiently to make him a celebrity in his own right; his paintings were bought by the world’s leading galleries and collected by a starry list of private clients, including Madonna and David Bowie. The first video is of a painting entitled ‘Stamp’ Commissioned by the Royal Mail, as an image for a first class stamp to commemorate the Science of steam. This canvas took Peter only a week to paint at his studio in Brixton. The second film is a time-lapse of the painting ‘Hope and Sufferance’. Peter starts with a solitary figure. After a series of smaller adjustments he repaints the entire canvas with a mass of smaller figures. These in turn give way first to a structure then a heroic collection of rouges and street kids.
It seems impossible that anyone could paint with such confidence while making complete changes to the composition of the painting. This process is constantly seen throughout the video in pursuit of the final image, but peter does this quite happily.
The painting took three months to complete, in the winter of 1998 in peters studio in Brixton, London
These time-lapse films were taken by Charlie Paul for insideart and Post was by DazPix. Flame was used to stabilise the time-lapse footage, grade and retouch the images and timewarp parts of the film to keep the images playing at a smooth pace.
